Interfaith Conference - Florida International University, Miami

May 21, 2014
Love and Compassion are Our True Nature:
                                                               An Interfaith Dialogue

We live in a world that is fraught with suffering, conflict and war; too often, differences in ideologies, culture,
and religious intolerance contribute to this problem. Yet, love and compassion are fundamental
themes inherent in every major religious tradition whose goal is to effect the happiness and peace of all
beings.

The ultimate purpose of all religions is to serve and benefit humanity. One of the most pressing needs of
humanity is to build a global community, where men and women of all races, nations, and religions can
live together in peace and harmony. Through the expressions of love, compassion, empathy, understanding
and forgiveness the religions of this world can play a major role in this endeavor.

Please join us, on Wednesday, May 21st from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm at FIU’s Graham Center, for an Interfaith
