      12 - 1pm: Lunch

      3 - 5pm:   Technique Class

      05:15pm - 06:15pm: Guided Kriya Meditation

      08:30am - 10:00am: Guided Kriya Meditation for 2nd Kriya Students only

      10:00am -  11:00am: Technique Review

      11:00am-12:00pm:   Guided Kriya Meditation

      12:00pm-02:00pm:   Lunch Break

      2 - 4pm:  Spiritual Discourse and Q&A

      04:00pm - 05:30pm: Guided Meditation and Closing 

Meditation and technique classes may be attended only by initiates in the lineage of

Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda 

Requirements for Kriya Initiation 

1. Each individual seeking initiation must fill out and submit a Kriya Yoga initiation form. The form needs to be filled out at the venue of the initiation on May 5 2018 during registration (see weekend program schedule above)
2. Each individual to bring the following with them5 fruits (can be same or different types)
   • 5 fruits (can be same or different types)
   • 5 flowers (can be same or different types)
   • A one-time donation of $180 towards 'Kriya Yoga Institute' (cash and checks accepted)
3. Individuals to wear modest and comfortable clothes that will allow to practice the techniques taught during the program. Please avoid shorts, tank-tops, or revealing clothes.
