12:15 PM to 02:30 PM - Lunch, Seva, Rest
02:30 PM to 05:30 PM - Technique Teachings & Guided Meditation

Sunday
09:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Technique Review
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Guided Meditation
12:15 PM - Lunch, Seva, Rest
02:00 PM to 04:00 PM - Q&A followed by Guided Meditation

Participation in all the above sessions is required for the new initiates.
