Saturday, Oct 29, 2022
9:00 am to 12:30 pm - Initiation Ceremony
2:30  to 5:30 pm - Technique class & Guided Meditation

Sunday, Oct 30, 2022
9 am to noon - Technique Review & Guided Meditation
2 pm to 4:30 pm - Q&A Session & Guided Meditation.

Participants are requested to observe social distancing and wear masks indoors.

These sessions are provisionally based upon the status of the pandemic and any guidelines from the government authorities.
