This is a divine opportunity for Kriya Initiates to go deeper in their meditation practice. There will be meditations, technique review, Q&A, and a discourse. Kriya intensive program will be conducted by Yogacharyas Luci O’ Brian and Kaushal Gokli

Recommended minimum donation is $30 – Lunch Included

9.15 to 9.30 am        Registration
9:30 to 11:00 am:     Meditation
11.00 to 11.15 am:   Break
11.15 to 12.15 pm    Discourse/talk – Know your mind
12:15 to 1:30 pm:     Lunch break (lunch provided)
1:30 to 3.00 pm:       Q&A, Technique review
3.00 to 3.15 pm:       Break
3.15 to 4.45 pm:       Meditation
5.00 pm                      Adjourn
