Programme details:

Friday Sep 18th - Online talk on Kriya yoga - 7pm to 8pm
Saturday Sep 19th - Initiation - 9am to 5pm
Sunday Sep 20th - Technique practice - 9am to 1 pm

Attendance is compulsory on all days.
