Yogacharya Sidheswar Sahu

Yogacharya Sidheswar Sahu was a retired Professor of Electrical Engineering from Cuttack, Orissa, India. He was married and was the father of two children, a son and a daughter. Sidheswar Sahu first encountered Paramahamsa Hariharananda in 1982, in Rourkela, India, and that same year Baba initiated him into Kriya Yoga. In 1996, he was authorized by Gurudev to teach this technique to others and guide them on the spiritual path. His steadfast dedication to the practice of Kriya Yoga had allotted him the opportunity to witness the many miraculous and powerful ways this wonderful technique had impacted his life, both spiritually and physically. With heartfelt praise Yogacharya Sidheswar Sahu told spiritual seekers that Kriya Yoga saved him from "the jaws of death on at least two occasions" and as a result of the many spiritual experiences that had come to him since practicing Kriya, he proclaims with confidence that: "Kriya Yoga is the panacea of all human troubles." Yogacharya Sidheswar Sahu baba passed away in Feb 2023.
