Swami Prabhavananda Giri
Swami Prabhavananda was born in Poland, where an inner longing led him to the path of Kriya Yoga. He was initiated in 2005 and, after completing the Residential Brahmachari Training Course (RBTC) in India in 2013, joined the ashram of Kriya Yoga Centre Europe in Austria — embracing a life of spiritual discipline, service, and inner transformation.In 2016, he received initiation into brahmacharya, and in 2020, he was blessed and ordained as a monk in the Giri monastic order by his spiritual preceptor, Paramahamsa Prajnananandaji, who gave him the name Prabhavananda, meaning “ the bliss that comes from the source of all existence ”.
