November 11, Friday
6:30PM - Retreat begins bylightinglamp
6:45PM - 7:15PM–Discourse and Discussion (part -1)
7:25PM - 8:25PM - Guided meditation
8:30PM - 9:30PM - dinner and clean up

November 12, Saturday
8:00AM - 9:30AM - 2nd kriya meditation (Only for those who are initiated to 2nd kriya, rest of the schedule open for all initiated kriyavans)
10:00AM - 10:45AM -Discourse and Discussion (part -2)
11:00AM - 12:30PM - Guided meditation
12:45PM - 1:30PM - Lunch and clean up
1:30PM - 3:00PM - quiet time, rest/study/walk or book sale
3 – 3:45 pm = Discussion on Kriya practice
4 – 4:45 pm = Discourse and Discussion (part -3)
5 – 6:30 pm = Guided Meditation
6:45PM - 7:45PM - dinner and clean up
retire for the day

November 13, Sunday
8:00AM - 9:30AM - 2nd kriya meditation (Only for those who are initiated to 2nd kriya, rest of the schedule open for all initiated kriyavans)
10:00AM - 10:45AM -Discourse and Discussion (part -4)
11:00AM - 12:30PM - Guided meditation
12:45PM - 1:30PM - Lunch and clean up
1:30PM - 2:30PM - quiet time, rest/study/walk or book sale (Optional video time)
2:45PM - 3:30PM --Discourse and Discussion (part -5)
3:45PM - 5:00PM - Guided meditation & conclude retreat

Suggested donation:
$60 for the entire weekend retreat ($10 for Friday, $25 each for Saturday and Sunday).
Please talk to us if you want to participate and can't offer any other donation towards Ashram activities, are welcome.
