One-Day Intensive Session
Nov 09, 2024For those who have been practicing for a longer period and especially those who are new to Kriya Yoga practice, this One-Day Intensive will provide a day of structured guidance, talks and meditation along with the opportunity for questions to clarify the Kriya Yoga technique and pointers for its effective practice. This is ultimately geared towards cultivating a deeper understanding of our practice, not only on our cushions but also in our daily life.
This will be the New Jersey Center's final day long intensive program of 2024. Please join us for a day of open hearted practice as we learn together, meditate together, and deepen our practice together. Jai Guru!
Location - Morristown Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Road, Morristown, NJ 07960.
Schedule - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Cost - donation of $20.
This session is open only to those initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.
