  Introduction to Kriya Yoga

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  Initiation Ceremony

• 12:15 PM – 2:00 PM
  Lunch Break (A simple vegetarian meal will be served)

• 2:00 PM – 5:45 PM
  Kriya Yoga Techniques & Guided Meditation
