One-Day Intensive

For Kriya Initiates Only

This will be the First One-Day Intensive Program of 2025 for the Philadelphia Region in Pennsylvania, USA.

Please join us for a day of this divine, open hearted practice and opportunity as we learn, meditate, and deepen our practice together.

For those who have been practicing for a longer period and especially those who are new to Kriya Yoga practice, this One-Day Intensive Program will provide a day of structured guidance, talk/discourse and meditation along with the opportunity for questions/answers to clarify/review the Kriya Yoga technique and pointers for its effective practice. This is ultimately geared towards cultivating a deeper understanding of our practice, not only on our cushions but also in our daily life.

Schedule - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Cost - $25.00 (Lunch will be provided)

This session is open only to those initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.
