Ashram Monthly Meditation Schedule:
First Sunday of the month
10.30am – 12.30pm, First Kriya Guided Meditation (2 hours)

Second and third Sunday of the month
10:30am - 11:30am, First Kriya Guided Meditation (1 hour)
 
Fourth Sunday of the month
10.30am – 12.00pm, Second Kriya Guided Meditation (1.5 hours)

Monthly Seva Saturday:
On the last Saturday of the month join us for a dedicated seva day:
11.00am: Meditation - One hour First Kriya
12.15pm: Lunch (simple vegetarian food provided)
1.00pm-4.00pm:Seva

Monthly Bhajans:
On the second Sunday of the month, join us to sing the names of God and create sound vibrations for divine upliftment:
10.30am: Meditation - One hour First Kriya
11.45am: Bhajans
1.00pm: Lunch (simple vegetarian food provided)
