Meditation Schedule:

1st Sunday of the month
10.30am – 12.30pm, First Kriya Guided Meditation (2 hour)

2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month
10:30am - 11:30am, First Kriya Guided Meditation (1 hour)
 
4th Sunday of the month
10.30am – 11.30am, First Kriya Guided Meditation (1 hour) in the main house
10:30am - 12:00pm, Second Kriya Guided Meditation (1.5 hours) in the meditation hall

Monthly Seva Saturday:

On the last Saturday of the month join us for a dedicated seva day:
11.00am: Meditation
12.15pm: Prasad (lunch)
1.00pm-4.00pm: Seva

Monthly Bhajans:

On the first Sunday of the month, 2pm-3.30pm, join us to sing the names of God and create sound vibrations for divine upliftment.
