              5.30 am - 8.00 pm - walk in any time to Meditate on your own or Guided (CD), for seva, or self-study.
              6.00 pm Aarati (vespers) followed by Guided Meditation (if requested)

Sunday Schedule
                10.00 - 11.30 - Second Kriya Meditation
                10.30 - 11.30 - First Kriya Meditation
                11.30 - 12.00 - Spiritual Discourse 
                12:00 - 12.45 - Lunch, Seva
*Kirtan (devotional singing) after lunch on the first Sunday of every month or on special occasions. All are welcomed.
