"Integral Approach to Living" is the theme for the UK retreat at The Friars, Aylesford in Kent from 21 to 24 August 2023.
We are blessed to have Swami Atmavidyananda Giri leading this retreat in the UK. He will be assisted by Swami Prabhavananda from Tattendorf Ashram, Vienna, Austria.
The retreat will be in partial silence (Tuesday and Wednesday). There will be 3 vegetarian meals per day. The cost of the retreat is £439 for a single room, £399 per person for a twin/double.
