12:15 pm to 02:00 pm   Vegetarian Lunch
02:00 pm to 05:45 pm   Technique Class followed by Guided Meditation

09:30 am to 10:30 am   Guided Meditation
10:30 am to 12:45 pm   Technique Class/Q & A, followed by Guided Meditation
12:45 pm to 01:15 pm   Final Q & A  and Closing Remarks
01:15 pm to 02:00 pm   Vegetarian Lunch

Saturday & Sunday activities are for new (those getting initiated) and current initiates in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.
