08:30 AM to 09:00 AM - Kriya Yoga Introduction (Be here by 8:00 AM)
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Initiation Ceremony
12:15 PM to 02:00 PM - Lunch (Simple vegetarian lunch will be provided)
02:00 PM to 05:30 PM - Teachings of Kriya Yoga Techniques & Guided Meditation

09:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Guided Meditation & Technique Review
12:15 PM to 02:00 PM - Lunch (Simple vegetarian lunch will be provided)
02:00 PM to 04:30 PM - Q&A & Guided Meditation
New initiates must be present on both days, Saturday and Sunday, to get full understanding of the Kriya Yoga technique.
